DC Fan Manufacturer analyzes that a DC fan is a type of fan driven by a DC motor, featuring advantages such as energy efficiency, soft and comfortable airflow, low noise, adjustable height, and multi-speed settings.
Compared with traditional fans, DC fans adopt frequency conversion technology, which converts 50Hz alternating current into direct current, and then transforms it into adjustable alternating current with a frequency ranging from 30 to 130 Hz, thereby achieving energy saving and improved airflow stability.
In addition, the motor of a DC fan has relatively low internal resistance, making it quieter during operation. Some models are also equipped with functions such as adjustable height and multi-speed settings, allowing users to adjust air volume and wind speed according to actual needs.

The maintenance of DC fans mainly covers the following aspects:
Regularly inspect the bearings and motor of the DC fan, including sealed bearings and motor bearings. Replenish or replace the grease to ensure good lubrication. ZL-3 lithium-based grease can be used, filling 1/3 of the inner and outer rings of the bearing. Dry operation without lubrication is strictly prohibited.DC fans should be stored in a dry environment to prevent the motor from getting damp. If stored outdoors, protective measures against rain and moisture must be provided. During storage and handling, avoid causing damage to the DC fan.
Ensure that the power supply system has sufficient capacity and stable voltage. Phase-loss operation is strictly prohibited. The power supply line must be a dedicated circuit, and temporary wiring shall not be used for power supply without permission.
If abnormal phenomena such as unusual noise, severe motor overheating, charged casing, tripping circuit breaker, or failed startup are found during use, stop the machine immediately for inspection. For safety reasons, maintenance is not allowed while the fan is running. After maintenance, conduct a test run for about 5 minutes, and confirm there are no abnormalities before restarting the fan for operation.
The operating environment of the DC fan should be kept clean regularly, the surface of the fan should be kept tidy, and there should be no debris at the air inlet and outlet. Regularly remove dust and other impurities inside the fan and its connected ducts.
